Geo-digitalization is a key transformative approach for advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By harnessing the power of geospatial data and digital technologies, geo-digitization provides precise data-driven decision support and enables a holistic understanding of complex global challenges. Geo-digitization helps to improve data accuracy and accessibility, monitor changes to our environmental, increase risk management capabilities, support infrastructural development and urban planning, and promote inclusivity. Thus, as the world strives to achieve the SDGs by 2030, embracing geo-digitalization will be crucial in ensuring sustainable, inclusive and resilient development for all.
The ISPRS/ISDE Conference on geo-digitization will bring together experts, practitioners, researchers and people of like mind to share experiences and best practices for enhancing geo-digitization across the globe.
The organizing committee will not ask delegates to provide credit card information for any purpose. The registration will be completed only via conference system. Please be alert; The early bird registration fee is only available to delegates who submit their registration information and payment within the specified time, and is not directly related to the manuscript submission time; Students are required to provide a proof to support their application for student rate; The first SIX pages are free, extra pages will be charged at 70 USD/per page; Accommodation is not included in the registration fee, delegates must reserve their own rooms, we advise that you reserve rooms as early as possible. Always take care of your belongings during the conference. The organizers are NOT responsible for any loss of personal property. Always wear your conference badge all the time. There will be no access without a badge.

Abstract Registration includes: access to all the conference sessions, oral/poster presentation, conference documentation, coffee breaks and gala dinner.
Listener Registration includes: access to all the conference sessions, conference documentation, coffee breaks and gala dinner.
The organizers will not take responsibility, and will not refund or pay compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances that amount to “force majeure”. These are circumstances that cannot be foreseen or avoided, even with all due care. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond the organizers’ control
The organizers have the right to change the date and place of the conference in the event of “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizers’ change and refund policy.

GET EXPERIENCE
Away from the conference, several areas are worthy of visit such as the National Museum of Kenya located near the central business district (CBD), Nairobi Safari Walk located about 8km away from the CBD, the Giraffe Centre and Nairobi National Park, all within a few minutes drive of the CBD.
KCA University is located along the Thika Superhighway and is approximately 24 km from the Jomo Kenyatta International airport. The easiest way to travel from the airport is by taxi. When approaching the university from the central business district, the distance is about 7km and 15 minutes with average traffic.
