Profile

Charles B. Malungu is a committed Tutorial Fellow at KCA University’s School of Technology. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Systems at the University of Nairobi.

With over 15 years of experience in the ICT industry, including a tenure at Telkom Kenya, and more than 8 years in academia, he brings a wealth of practical and theoretical knowledge to his students. His diverse background includes training in both Telecommunication Engineering and Information Technology.

His expertise spans Telecommunications, Computer Networks, and Cybersecurity. Malungu is passionate about teaching, mentoring, empowering students, and is dedicated to fostering critical thinking skills and preparing the next generation of ICT professionals.
