Mercy Mukani serves as the Faculty Manager for the School of Technology at KCA University, bringing a wealth of expertise and vision to her role. With a Master’s Degree in Data Communications from KCA University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, she possesses a strong academic foundation in the field.
As a Manager, Mercy is driven by a profound belief in the potential of technology to be both innovative and purposeful. She envisions a future where technology serves as a catalyst for positive change and progress. Moreover, she deeply values diversity and inclusivity, striving to create an environment where students from all backgrounds can flourish and excel.
In her managerial capacity, Mercy oversees and leads various essential administrative and operational services across the Faculty. This includes managing course and student administration, resource and facility management, human resources, marketing and communications, as well as governance and financial integration. By streamlining these aspects, she ensures the seamless delivery of core activities such as teaching, research, and industry engagement.
