KCA University technology students Kelvin Njau (BSIT), Gilbert Robert (BSIT) and Justice Mwema (BSD) were declared winners of Capture the Flag (CFG) competition for universities and colleges in Kenya held at Afralti Centre in Nairobi early this month.
The competition sponsored by Cyberspace Kenya was done in three levels and KCA University emerged second best in stage one to qualify for second round of the competition. A 12hour long exercise on the theme CTF saw KCA University capture the best competitor award followed by Excel Global College and University of Nairobi third position in the final stage.
The KCA University students were awarded a Raspberry P1 and 3 Rocheston Certified Cyber Security Specialists (RCCS) voucher for exemplary performance.
